ANKARA
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met some ministers on the second consecutive day with solution process on the agenda.
The new initiative to solve the Kurdish issue has created anticipation in the public as PKK's armed elements are expected leave Turkish soil in the following months.
Last nights meeting at the PM's official residence was attended by deputy prime ministers Bulent Arinc, Besir Atalay, Bekir Bozdag, Justice Minister Sadullah Ergin, Interior Minister Muammer Guler and national intelligence chief, MIT Undersecretary Hakan Fidan.
The meeting lasted four hours.
BDP, the pro-Kurdish party led a new delegation yesterday to visit Abdullah Ocalan on Imrali island where he is jailed.
Government also yesterday announced the "wise men and women" who will lead the campaign to promote solution process in regions. Artists, former politicians, academics, businesspeople are among the 63 people with 7 members for each of the 7 geographical regions of Turkey.
