2- Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek will receive Romanian Foreign Minister Titus Corlatean at his office in Ankara. (3:00 p.m.)
3- Turkey's Deputy Premier Besir Atalay will receive UN Under-Secretary-General (USG) for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Valerie Amos at the AFAD (Turkey's Presidency of Disaster and Emergency Management) in Ankara. Following their meeting, UN and AFAD will sign a cooperation protocol. (10:30 a.m.)
4- Turkey's Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoglu will meet with President of Benin Thomas Boni Yayi in Ankara.

7- Turkey's statistical institute (TurkStat) will announce the developments in foreign trade indices in January. (10:00 a.m.)
8- Turkey's Fenerbahce soccer team will host Victoria Plzen of Czech Republic in the second leg of round of 16 of UEFA Europa League in Istanbul. (10:05 p.m. Turkish local time)
