1- Turkish President Abdullah Gul will receive Egypt's Minister of Information Salah Abdel Maqsood and Serbia's Ambassador to Turkey Dusan Spasojevic seperately at the Cankaya Pesidential Palace.
2- Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek will travel to Romania on a formal visit.
- Cicek will be welcomed by Romanian President of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania Valeriu Stefan Zgonea and they will hold a joint press conference.
- Cicek will be received by Romanian President Traian Basescu, will address the Romanian Chamber of Deputies and hold talks with Crin Antonescu, President of the Senate.
- Cicek will return to Turkey after completing his talks.
3- Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is currently in Algeria, will be presented the title of honorary PhD by the University of Algeria, and will attend the opening ceremony of a Turkish iron and steel plant in Oran province.
- Erdogan will proceed to Tunisia and meet with Tunisian Prime Minister Ali Laareydh.
4- Turkish Acting Prime Minister Bulent Arinc will separately receive Egypt's Minister of Information Salah Abdel Maqsood and Taksim Platform delegation in Ankara.
5- Turkish Minister of Justice Sadullah Ergin, who is currently in Serbia, will hold talks with Minister of Justice & Public Administration Nikola Selakovic and some other judiciary officials in Belgrade.
6- Turkish Minister of Family and Social Policies Fatma Sahin, who is currently in Norway, will meet with Norway's Minister of Children, Equality, & Social Inclusion Inga Marte Thorkildsen, Minister of Labor Anniken Huitfeldt, Parliament Speaker Gunn Karin Gjul and Standing Committee on Labour and Social Affairs First Deputy Chair Karin Andersen in Oslo.
7- Foreign ministers of Arab countries will hold an extraordinary meeting at the Arab League Headquarters in Cairo to discuss the situation in Syria.
