ISTANBUL
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over a breakfast in Istanbul on Thursday.
The closed-door meeting between Davutoglu and Clinton ahead of the Second Meeting of the Coordinating Committee of Global Counterterrorism Forum (GCTF) took place at Conrad Hotel.
The Coordinating Committee of GCTF is the highest decision-making body of the Forum, which was formally launched in September 2011 and is co-chaired by Turkey and the USA.
