Head of the Kurdish regional administration in Iraq's north, Massoud Barzani, condemned Tuesday's an attack by PKK terrorists on a military outpost in Turkey's southeast which killed 8 troops and wounded 16 others.
Barzani said in a message that he "strongly condemned" the attack, adding that "attacks and clashes hurt all sides and exclude peaceful efforts."
