Anadolu Agency is to report Turkey’s June 7 general election in a special broadcast.
AA Elections 2015 will provide coverage as results come in from around Turkey and abroad.
Building on its experience from the past two elections, Anadolu Agency has devised software to efficiently transfer information to subscribers.
Election results, the proportion of votes per candidate and figures on turnout - all brought to life with vivid graphics - will be instantly transmitted in the agency's eight broadcast languages on a dedicated election website as well as on the agency's main sites.
Comparison information from the 2011 general election will also be provided.
Parties’ share of votes, details of victorious candidates, including photographs and biographies, will be available.
Anadolu Agency will report on voting abroad, which is to take place between May 8 and 31 at ballot boxes in 54 countries.
The agency, which has a proven record over last year’s local and presidential elections, has boosted its personnel and technical capabilities in preparation for next month’s poll.
Around 85 percent of Turkish media institutions subscribed to Anadolu Agency’s Local Elections 2014 broadcast, which was closely followed by the country's political parties and the international media.
About 56 million Turks will vote in the country's 25th general election to elect 550 lawmakers to the Grand National Assembly.
Anadolu Agency has 1,450 subscribers in 45 countries and publishes in eight languages – Turkish, English, Arabic, French, Kurdish, Russian, Albanian and Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
