New application provides employees and subscribers to send every kind of demands, complaints and considerations to Helpdesk on http://helpdesk.aa.com.tr
In order to use this system, users first need to sign in. It is possible for every departmant to list their own complaints or demands.
With this software; processes like reporting, chatting and live support can be available.
There are also "Frequently Asked Questions" and "Announcements" parts in the new system.
Yunus Celik, Product and Business Development Manager of AA told, "Evaluations will give subscribers a chance to receive quality service and to update their information. Submitted reports contribute to activities of selling, marketing, product and service developments and efficient use of sources."
Technical Support Manager Cumhur Gulsolmaz also said, "With the system, our Technical Support Directorship will give fast and better service to subscribers and employees."
