Anadolu Agency has published a selection of unforgettable and poignant photographs portraying events throughout 2013
The photographs have been published through AA's News Transmission System (HAS) in Turkish, English and Arabic.
The images labeled under two categories "Life" and "News" depict memorable scenes of 2013. Many of the 78 frames AA provides to its subscribers within the "News" category depict memorable scenes in Turkey, Egypt, Syria, Libya, Philippines, Thailand and the US and have been widely covered by the international media.
With the aim of enhancing its international visibility with its coverage of events around the globe, AA has published another selection of 75 photographs within the "Life" category which were taken in regions with hot developments.
AA has begun to broaden the international reach of its photo content by signing several distribution and cooperation agreements with major photographic agencies, such as AFP's Image Forum and Getty Images.
