ISTANBUL (AA) - Economists, who participated in Anadolu Agency Finance Desk's survey regarding the economic growth in Turkey, expected 3.5% growth in the second quarter of 2013.
AA Finance Desk's expectation survey has been published in relation to Turkish Statistical Institute's (TurkStat) data on growth which will be revealed on September 10.
According to the survey results, carried out by 18 economists, the economic growth in Turkey is 3.5% in the second quarter of 2013.
Among the expectations of the economists, the highest percentage was 4 while the lowest 2.3.
The survey said the economists expected 3.5% year-end growth in 2013 which was 2.2% last year.
The highest expectation by economists over year-end growth in 2013 was 4.1%, while the lowest was 3%
