Governor's office of Hakkari stated Friday that 75 terrorists were killed in the operations carried out by Turkish security forces between September 8 and 14.
In a written statement on Friday, the governor's office in southeastern province of Hakkari said four Turkish troops lost their lives in clashes with the terrorists.
"Operations are under way in the region. We offer our condolences to the families of fallen soldiers," it said.
