SANLIURFA, Turkey
Police arrested 22 people Friday following the deaths of two Syrian media activists at their home in southeast Turkey.
Ibrahim Abdul-Qadir and Fares Hamadi were found stabbed to death in Haliliye in the southeastern province of Sanliurfa, medical staff said.
Local media reported the men worked for the group Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently, which reports on Daesh atrocities in Syria.
Police said footage from nearby surveillance showed someone running from the scene and a Syrian -- identified as T.S. and said to have lived with the pair -- is reportedly missing.
Officers said an investigation was under way to reveal whether the incident was linked to terrorism.
