ANKARA
The "20th African Union Summit Meeting" will take place in Ethiopia's capital of Addis Ababa on January 27 and 28.
In a written statement released on Saturday, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said that Turkish Development Minister Cevdet Yilmaz would represent Turkey at the summit.
Turkey will attend the African summit as an observer state.
