ANKARA 

• At least 10 people were killed and more than 40 others injured Monday after Russian missiles hit a shopping center with more than 1,000 people inside in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk, said Ukrainian officials.

• G7 leaders reaffirmed their commitment to Ukraine, vowing to continue “financial, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support…for as long as it takes.”

• Leaders of the Group of Seven (G7) wealthy nations condemned a Russian missile attack on a shopping mall in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk, calling it a “war crime” in a joint statement.

• Türkiye will start new military operations as soon as preparations on the Syrian border are completed, the Turkish president said.

• Sweden takes Türkiye’s concerns on terrorism seriously, the Swedish foreign minister told local media.

• Russia expelled eight Greek diplomats over their "confrontational course" towards Moscow. Greece on Monday expressed “deep regret” over Russia’s decision to expel Greek diplomats.

• Türkiye’s security concerns on Nordic membership bids are legitimate and must be addressed, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said.

• Türkiye on Monday reiterated its call for an immediate end to the Russia-Ukraine war and for prioritizing a diplomatic solution after missiles hit a shopping center with more than 1,000 people inside in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk.

• An estimated 284 million people between the ages of 15 and 24 used drugs worldwide in 2020, a 26% increase over the previous decade, said a UN report.
