Turkish defense min. meets US counterpart in Brussels
Canikli, Mattis are in Brussels to attend NATO Ministers of Defense meetings

BRUSSELS
Turkish National Defense Minister Nurettin Canikli met on Wednesday his U.S. counterpart James Mattis in Brussels.
The meeting lasted for 50 minutes at the NATO headquarters.
No further details were provided.
Canikli and Mattis arrived in Brussels to attend NATO Ministers of Defense meetings.
Earlier, Canikli also met his French counterpart Florence Parly in the city.
