ANKARA

The Golden State Warriors defeated the New York Knicks in the NBA on Tuesday night with the score of 122-95.

Klay Thompson scored 43 points on a 18/29 shooting from the field, including hitting 7 three pointers. Thompson, on an interesting note, only dribbled the basketball a total of 4 times during his 43-point outburst.

Stephen Curry scored 14 points and dished out 14 assists, Kevin Durant chipped in with 24 points, Draymond Green put up a double-double with 11 rebounds and 10 assists in the victory.

Warriors increased to 27 wins and 14 losses in the halfway point of the season, while the Knicks dropped to 10 and 31.

In another match on the same evening, the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the John Wall-less Washington Wizards 132-115.

Landry Shamet scored 29 points, hitting career-high 8 three pointers in the win, while Jimmy Butler and Joel Embiid scored 20 points.

Turkish national Furkan Korkmaz also scored 16 points.

The Sixers got their 27th win as well, while Washington are now at 16 wins and 25 losses.
