Reigning champs Raptors reach their 40th victory this season, extends franchise record to 15 straight wins
Toronto Raptors beat Minnesota Timberwolves 137-126 to get their 15th straight victory in NBA's regular season on Monday night.
The 15-game winning streak of the Raptors is now a Canadian pro sports history record. They beat Calgary Stampeders' -- an American football team -- 14-game winning streak that was reached in 2016.
Reigning champs Raptors reached their 40th win this season.
Raptors' Pascal Siakam was the top scorer with 34 points while Kyle Lowry had 27 points, 11 assists and OG Anunoby produced a career-high 25 points, 12 rebounds to have "double double".
Meanwhile, Milwaukee Bucks also defeated Sacramento Kings 123-111 to get 5th straight win, 46th in the season.
Bucks' Khris Middleton contributed with a "double-double", scoring 28 points and pulling 11 rebounds.
The NBA's reigning MVP and the Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo missed the game as he welcomed his first child into the world.
