The first leg matches of the UEFA Europa League Round 16 phase ended Thursday.
Belgian team Club Brugge won against Turkish club Besiktas, 2-1, Bruges. The Belgians now have the advantage in the second leg of the tournament that kicks off on March 19 in Istanbul.
Meanwhile, Sevilla player Vitolo set a new record in the UEFA Europa League by scoring the fastest goal of the tournament in the 13th second of the match against Villarreal. Sevilla beat Villarreal, 3-1, in an away match.
