The winner of the English Premier League title will be decided on Sunday, with all matches set to kick off at 3 p.m. GMT.
A single point will be enough for league leaders Manchester City to become the 2013/14 champions ahead of Liverpool, who hopes that West Ham United will grab a win at the City's ground, Etihad Stadium.
The Merseyside team will take on Newcastle United before concluding the season and needs to have a win if it is to have any hope of clinching the title.
Coming in third in the league table, Jose Mourinho's Chealsea will play against relegated Cardiff City. The London team already secured their current position before the last matchday.
The fourth place holder Arsenal will also retain its position regardless of the score of its appearance against Norwich City, which already relegated to the lower division.
A disappointing Manchester United, which is in the 7th position in the standings, will conclude the season with an away match at Southampton.
