Raphinha netted twice to lead Brazil to a 4-1 win over Uruguay in a 2022 World Cup qualifier late Thursday.
Neymar and Gabriel Barbosa also scored to help Brazil increase their points to 31 points at the CONMEBOL qualifying table.
Luis Suarez was a lone scorer for the visitors at the Arena da Amazonia in Manaus.
Brazil now top the table, followed by Argentina which defeated Peru 1-0 thanks to Lautaro Martinez's goal at home.
Argentina currently have 25 points and Ecuador have 17 points.
