Sony pulls Cyberpunk 2077 game from PlayStation Store

ANKARA

Sony has removed the game Cyberpunk 2077 from its PlayStation store and offered full refunds.

The move came after players found that Cyberpunk 2077 has been riddled with bugs and frustrated players with its poor performance.

Earlier this week, Warsaw-based developer CD Projekt offered refunds to any disappointed players for the game.

“SIE [Sony Interactive Entertainment] strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store and want a refund,” the company said on Twitter Thursday.

Cyberpunk 2077, which is one of the year’s most highly anticipated gaming blockbusters, debuted on Dec. 10 following several delays.

It is not clear when Sony plans to return the game to the PlayStation Store.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing video game that offers players a criminal world where they can pay to upgrade their bodies with technology.
