Russia, Belarus set for new joint military exercise
Drills scheduled to run from April 26-29, according to Belarusian Defense Ministry
MOSCOW
Russia and Belarus will conduct a joint military exercise starting Tuesday.
“Joint staff training will be held in the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of Belarus on April 26-29 with the participation of representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the
Belarusian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The two allies also held military exercises this February in the weeks leading up to Russia’s war in Ukraine.
