TRIPOLI

Two people were killed and 11 others injured Saturday in clashes between Alawites and Sunnis in the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli.
A 15-year-old schoolboy was among the fatalities, a security source told Anadolu Agency.
According to the source, four military personnel were among those injured in the renewed clashes between residents of the Alawites-majority neighborhood of Jabal Mohsen and the Sunni Bab al-Tabbaneh district.
The violence erupted after an Alawite resident came under fire on Saturday.
The unrest triggered the closure of schools and universities in the city.
Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati held a meeting on Saturday to discuss the security situation in Tripoli.
On Friday, Alawite residents of Jabal Mohsen took to the streets to protest what they described as "assaults" on 44 residents last month and called for breaking the "siege" on their neighborhood.
At least 159 people have been killed in repeated bout of violence between Alawite and Sunnis residents of Jabal Mohsen and Bab al-Tabbaneh since 2008.
