Nuclear talks between Iran and five permanent members of the UN Security Council, along with Germany (P5+1) will start in Vienna on Tuesday December 9, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Merziye Afham says.
The talks will last for two days covering the technical issues and will be carried out for an action plan to be implemented with the confirmation of all parties, Afham said and she added International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will also join the talks as international observer.
Afham also said starting the implementation of nuclear agreement is directly related with both sides' being ready for that.
