In an exclusive interview with Anadolu Agency (AA), Izzet underlined that there could be sides which might want to sabotage the celebrations, and placed forward a group named "axeman".
"Our people will not let any sabotage to be made. We will not permit anyone to overshadow the January 25 revolution celebrations," Izzet noted.
"The Muslim Brotherhood will participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections. This will be an election based on the will of the people and in which different political parties will participate," Izzet underlined.
"Following the approval of the draft constitution, the process developed differently. I consider the current political atmosphere in Egypt to be positive. We have a president elected by the people and a constitution accepted through a referendum," Izzet said.
