BEIRUT
Lebanese President Michel Suleiman said on Sunday that the country was against any "foreign military intervention in Syria."
"While condemning the use of chemical weapons in Syria, we call on the United Nations (UN) Security Council to ask account for those responsible for the attack" said Suleiman.
Reiterating Lebanon's commitment to seek solution for the political crisis in Syria, Suleiman pointed that the people, the territory and the airspace of Lebanon had to be kept away from the possible developments in Syria.
