The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) will hand over the full security duty in Afghanistan to the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) when ISAF's mission will end at the end of 2014.
In the Afghan capital Kabul on Sunday, the fifth and last meeting on transition to full Afghan full security responsibility was discussed.
Launched in 2011, the transition to Afghan full security responsibility is due to be completed at the end of 2014, when ISAF’s mission will end.
NATO will then lead a follow-on mission to continue to support the development of ANSF capacity.
