Cavusoglu congratulates new Rwandan foreign minister
Turkish foreign minister speaks with his newly appointed Rwandan counterpart Vincent Biruta over phone call
ANKARA
Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on Monday congratulated his new Rwandan counterpart Vincent Biruta for taking the office.
In a phone conversation, Cavusoglu congratulated Biruta for assuming the office.
Biruta, who was previously serving as environment minister, was appointed new foreign minister -- to replace Richard Sezibera -- on the Nov. 4 by Rwanda's President Paul Kagame.
The top Turkish diplomat wished the best for Biruta.
