Oil pipeline explodes in southern Iran
Blast takes place due to aging infrastructure

TEHRAN, Iran
An explosion occurred in an oil pipeline on Wednesday morning in southern Iran, according to local media.
Iranian Tasnim news agency said the explosion took place as a result of "aging infrastructure."
The agency noted that the blast was felt by locals of the areas surrounding the pipeline.
