ISTANBUL
Heavy airstrikes were reported across Iran's central Isfahan city early Sunday, with explosions heard in multiple areas of the city, Iranian media reported.
Video footage shared online appears to show a fighter jet flying at low altitude over Isfahan, while another footage shows thick plumes of smoke rising from several locations, Iran International media outlet reported.
Reports indicated that most of the explosions occurred in the northern and southern parts of the city.
