Iran issues evacuation warning for neighborhood in Tel Aviv
Move comes after Israeli military orders evacuation in Tehran

TEHRAN, Iran
The Iranian army issued an evacuation warning Wednesday for the Neve Tzedek neighborhood in Tel Aviv following an earlier Israeli evacuation notice for a district in Tehran.
In a statement, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) urged Israeli settlers to “evacuate the Neve Tzedek area in occupied Tel Aviv for their own safety,” according to state-run Press TV.
Earlier, the Israeli army issued an evacuation warning for residents of Tehran’s 18th district, threatening imminent attacks on the area.
Regional tensions have escalated since Friday, when Israel launched coordinated airstrikes on multiple sites across Iran, including military and nuclear facilities, prompting Tehran to launch retaliatory strikes.
Israeli authorities said that at least 24 people have been killed and hundreds injured in Iranian missile attacks since then.
Iran said at least 224 people have been killed and over 1,000 wounded in the Israeli assault.
