Heavy explosions were heard in eastern Tehran on Saturday as Iran and Israel continued trading strikes, Iran's Tasnim news agency reported.
The sounds of explosions were heard in Hakimiyeh and Tehranpars neighborhoods in eastern Tehran, the semi-official news agency said.
In the early hours of Friday, Israel carried out large-scale attacks on Iran, targeting nuclear and missile facilities and killing top military commanders and scientists. Iran responded with ballistic missiles targeting several areas across Israel.
