ISTANBUL
Two drones fell near Dubai International Airport (DXB) Wednesday, injuring four people, the Dubai Media Office reported.
The office said the incident caused minor injuries to two Ghanaian nationals and one Bangladeshi national, while an Indian national sustained moderate injuries.
Air traffic at Dubai International Airport continues to operate as normal, it added.
Regional escalation intensified after Israel and the US launched a joint attack on Iran, killing more than 1,200 people, including then-Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Iran later retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, Jordan, Iraq and Gulf countries hosting US military assets.
