ISTANBUL 

One person was killed and five others injured when an Iranian missile struck the Sharon region in central Israel early Thursday, according to Israel’s emergency service.

Israeli media reported that rescue teams were combing several areas after debris fell following the attack.

The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that an eight-story building in Tel Aviv was also damaged after a missile struck the area.
