Ukrainian soldiers from the 56th Brigade in the Donetsk region continue their preparations against Russian forces at artillery positions in the direction of Bakhmut.

The Bakhmut city, a transport and logistics hub in the Donetsk region, a part of the largely Russian-speaking industrialized Donbas region that Moscow annexed last year, is the epicenter of intense fighting between Russia and Ukraine.
