At least eight people died while 82 others remain missing after a landslide hit West Java, Indonesia, on Saturday.
The landslide impacted a village in the West Bandung regency, Cisarua Police Chief A.Y. Yogaswara said, according to state-run news agency Antara.
Dozens of houses were reportedly buried under the landslide.
A search and rescue team is searching for the missing in the area, which has difficult terrain, with a weather forecast of possible moderate to very heavy rain for days.
