6.0 magnitude earthquake jolts Tonga Islands

ANKARA
A 6 magnitude earthquake struck Tonga Islands, German Research Center for Geosciences (GEOFON) said on Sunday.
The quake hit around 1503GMT in depth of 193 kilometers (nearly 120 miles) off coast of Tonga Islands, a country in Oceania, according to the GEOFON.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or material damage.
The earthquake was initially registered as having a magnitude of 6.1, but the agency later updated it to 6.0.
