Montreux Convention allows naval ships to pass through straits if conditions are met

According to the Montreaux Convention, military ships of countries that do not have a coast on the Black Sea can pass through straits by notifying Turkey 15 days in advance and can stay in the Black Sea for a maximum of 21 days.
