Turkish president, Bulgarian premier speak over phone

ANKARA

The Turkish president and Bulgarian prime minister discussed steps to enhance bilateral relations over the phone, according to Turkey’s Communications Directorate on Tuesday.

During the phone conversation, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Boyko Borisov also discussed regional developments, the directorate said in a statement.
