Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Tuesday met with Jakov Milatovic, the president of Montenegro.
The meeting came at a Montenegro Statehood Day reception in Istanbul, said Turkish diplomatic sources, adding that Montenegrin Foreign Minister Ervin Ibrahimovic was also present at the meeting.
