Documents related to the Oslo Accords were seized from the home of Terje Rod-Larsen, a former diplomat and one of the accords’ key architects, Norway’s economic crime authority, Okokrim, announced Friday.

The documents, dating back to 1993 and 1994, were seized during a search of the shared home of Rod-Larsen and his wife, Mona Juul, also a fellow Oslo negotiator, earlier this year, according to NRK, citing Okokrim.

Okokrim noted that the documents do not shed light on the couple's ongoing investigation into their alleged links to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The authority also noted that the documents are deemed to belong to the Foreign Ministry and will be handed over to it.

The Oslo Accords between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) were designed to create a framework for peace and Palestinian self-governance. They established the Palestinian Authority (PA) and divided the West Bank into Areas A, B, and C.
