At least 3 people injured as letter bomb explodes in southwestern German city of Neckarsulm

BERLIN
At least 3 people have been injured in a suspected letter bomb attack in the southwestern German city of Neckarsulm, local media reported on Wednesday.
The letter bomb exploded at the headquarters of the German retailer giant Lidl in Neckarsulm, according to the daily Heilbronner Stimme.
One of those injured was rushed to the hospital in serious condition, it said, adding two others sustained moderate injuries.
The police evacuated the building and began searching the premises for any other suspicious items.
