Feels surreal to finish my 14x8000 peaks project, after 9 years climbing,' says Uta Ibrahimi

ISTANBUL
Kosovar mountaineer Uta Ibrahimi on Friday said that she climbed Mt. Kanchenjunga, the world's third-highest mountain, a "few days ago."
"Feels surreal to finish my 14x8000 peaks project, after 9 years climbing. Being the first from the Balkans, and helping my country to get more recognition has been and privilege," Ibrahimi wrote on X.
On May 22, 2017, Uta also became the first person from Kosovo to reach the summit of Mt. Everest, the highest mountain in the world.
