King Charles, Queen Camilla meet Pope Francis at Vatican
Royal couple say they were 'delighted' that pope was 'well enough to host them - and to have had the opportunity to share their best wishes in person'

LONDON
King Charles and Queen Camilla on Wednesday visited the Vatican for a private audience with Pope Francis.
The Buckingham Palace said the royal couple was "delighted" that the pope was "well enough to host them - and to have had the opportunity to share their best wishes in person."
During the meeting, Pope Francis, 88, wished the couple a happy 20th wedding anniversary.
The pontiff made his first public appearance over the weekend after spending five weeks in Rome's Gemelli hospital. He had been receiving treatment for double pneumonia.
