Georgia premier, Rubio discuss bilateral ties in phone call
They discuss areas of mutual interest, including security in the Caucasus, Black Sea region, according to US State Department

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze held a phone call Monday with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations.
Kobakhidze said both sides committed to advancing regional stability and connectivity.
“We empasized the importance of resetting our partnership and reinforcing Georgia’s role as a strong partner in the South Caucasus. Committed to strengthening Georgia-U.S. ties and advancing regional stability and connectivity,” he wrote on US social media platform X.
According to the US State Department, the two also discussed areas of mutual interest, including security in the Caucasus and the Black Sea region.
