Dozens injured in accident in Bavarian resort town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, police spokesperson says

BERLIN
At least three people were killed and many others injured after a passenger train derailed in southwestern Germany, authorities said on Friday.
Nearly 60 passengers suffered injuries and some have been transported to hospitals in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen region of Bavaria, a police spokesperson said.
The cause of the accident was not immediately known.
