5 injured when car drives into crowd in Passau, Germany
Driver taken into custody over incident, which police say may have been rooted in custody dispute

ISTANBUL
At least five people, including a 5-year-old girl, were injured when a car drove into a crowd in Germany on Saturday evening, local media reported.
The incident took place around 3.30 pm (1330GMT) near the main train station in Passau, a southern German city in the state of Bavaria.
A 48-year-old man drove his car into the crowd, injuring his wife and daughter along with three others in what the police suspect is a custody dispute, according to Bild daily online.
“The group of five also included the man's 38-year-old wife and his five-year-old daughter. We currently have one person with moderate injuries and four with minor injuries. Initial witness interviews within the group seem to indicate a custody dispute,” said the police.
