BERLIN
Two pilots were killed when their small plane crashed in southwestern Germany, authorities said on Monday.
The ultralight aircraft crashed near a lake in Linkenheim-Hochstetten on Sunday, Karlsruhe police said in a statement.
The pilots, aged 44 and 58, were found dead at the scene by search and rescue teams, according to the statement.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear, and authorities have said that the investigation was ongoing.
