'Help! Your children': Government's climate policy protested in Berlin Last Generation environmental group protests against government climate policy in Berlin

German Federal Chancellery on Saturday targeted by a group of climate activists who wrote "Help! Your children" on it in orange paint to protest the government's environment policies.

Gathering outside of the Chancellery, Last Generation activists staged a demonstration, carrying signs, one of them read: "You are killing us."

"Hilfe! Eure Kinder" (Help! Your children) was written in orange paint on Chancellery wall by the protesters who later were arrested by police officers at the scene.

In a statement, the climate group said they held the protest in a bid to address the climate crisis and to call on the German government to realize its responsibility towards the young generation.
