The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed a decrease of 51.3% to around 18 million Turkish liras on Friday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Friday's amounted to about 11.9 million liras.
On Thursday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 14,496.65 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 1.28 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 158.24 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.
US$1 equals 42.06 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
