Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov said that Gazprom has reduced the price of gas for Bulgaria by 40%, according to Russian news agency Tass on Tuesday.
'Gazprom today handed over the signed agreement to us with a reduction in the price of natural gas by more than 40%,' Borisov announced at a news conference.
The new discounted gas prices will be backdated for deliveries as from August 2019.
